You pay a platform fee plus a per-key charge for each unit you manage. "Key" means one residential or commercial unit. Starter includes 5 keys in the base fee. As you add units, the per-key rate stays predictable within your tier, which makes expansion easier to forecast.

What are AI credits?

AI credits measure the work done by Terraa's AI layer: lease analysis, renewal drafts, maintenance triage, compliance alerts, rent intelligence, and reporting. Each plan includes a monthly allocation sized to the operational load of that tier.

What are the transaction fees for?

When rent payments flow through Terraa, a transparent service fee applies by channel. That fee covers processing, reconciliation, payment tracking, reminders, and the audit trail you need for a clean close.
