By accessing or using the Terraa platform (the "Service"), operated by Ambia Global Technologies Ltd, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre ("Terraa", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us at security@terraa.io if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.
Subscription fees are as published on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Payment is due on the billing date. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel. No charge is made during the trial period.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days if the Service does not meet your reasonable expectations.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or input into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may export Your Data at any time through the platform's export functionality or by contacting support. Upon account termination, we will make Your Data available for export for a period of 90 days before deletion.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. We select data hosting regions that comply with applicable data residency requirements, including those of the UAE and DIFC.
The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, AI models, and algorithms, is the intellectual property of Ambia Global Technologies Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
You retain all rights to content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Your Data will remain available for export for 90 days. After this period, Your Data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
For users outside the UAE, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), with the seat of arbitration in Dubai, UAE.
